Christmas was wonderful wasn't it? the lovely gifts, decorations, family and friends, drinks and beautiful, fattening, thigh thickening, cellulite producing, tummy bulging, food. Christmas fallout are those bits that fall out of your clothes after Christmas. Now we get to the part where we pay for our over indulgence.
First sign that you overdid it is when you walk past your scales and they scream. Then you start to realise that your clothes haven't shrunk in the wash. Oh no! You have put on weight. Lots and lots of weight. You are not alone, So have I. OK, so now we are faced with two choices. Replace all your clothes with fat clothes and don't worry about the way you look, or you can lose weight.
I never make new years resolutions because I am usually a bit tipsy at the time and likely to forget them anyway. Also the weight sort of sneaks up on me. I think it does it while I sleep. Fat, I have decided is very sneaky stuff. It hides around the back where you can't really see it and, guess what, it never goes to my boobs which could use all the help they can get.
If you are like me, you will be so stressed and broke trying to pay off the credit card you maxed out to give everyone a wonderful Christmas, dieting won't be a problem. You won't be able to afford food until next Christmas and once you start that second job you will need to get to meet the interest on your credit card, well the weight will just fall off.
Those of you who were smarter than me, which would probably include the entire population of the world, and don't have a credit card debt, bigger than the national debt, will just have to go on a diet, get more exercise and slim down. I wish you all the luck in the world with that.
Once you get that weight down again it will be time for Easter chocolates. I just won't have enough credit on my card to buy chocs so I'll be right. So all the best with your dieting and getting fit campaign. I guess you could say you are in training for next Christmas.

Mylot message board
I love mylot message board. It pays me when I post but that isn't the reason I love it. If I have a problem and would like another opinion on what I should do there is always a whole bunch of lovely people who will give you their opinion. It is really great fun as well and a place to get to know people. It is not a dating site, it is a message board. I was asked why I liked it so much once and I replied "Because I can tell people what I think they should do and I get paid for it". It is a discussion board and not a chat room and I have been using it for quite awhile now with no problems. I guess you could say mylot is like a relationship, you give a little, you take a little and you get a small reward. check it out for yourself. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as I do.
